'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria started with an earnest dream: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-operated venture with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her Italian sojourn, learning from renowned pizza makers in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, her mission was to emulate the authentic Italian pizza experience, using age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
From a humble 12-seat pizza spot, we've grown into a treasured local eatery, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness has remained unchanged. We still employ traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the premier ingredients obtainable.
Today, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria is still under the ownership and guidance of the Rossi family, with the second generation now at the helm of our dedicated team. While we have welcomed new advancements, the core of our restaurant stays the same: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that unites diners.
